FXSecret Immortal is a trading tool designed for Forex. The developers are confident that this system can give traders stable profits. Furthermore, they say that it simply cannot have periods of long unprofitable months. However, they warn that it generates a high drawdown.
Detailed forex robot review
Even though the bot’s website looks polished and pleasing to the eye, it is not detailed enough. Important data such as the vendor’s full profile, backtest results, characteristics, and strategy explanation are missing.
FXSecret is the company behind this EA. It describes itself as a private community of successful traders that offers the best automated trading solutions for Forex. The firm was founded in 2012, but began developing robots back in 2009. However, the developers involved in its activities are mysterious. Their profiles have not been provided for us to gauge their abilities.
The the features of this system are described as follows:
- Combo of 3 different strategies.
- High profitability rate.
- Drawdown control.
- Requires a minimum deposit of $1400 for reliable trading, or $700 for aggressive trading.
FXSecret Immortal strategy tests
As mentioned earlier, the developers admit that the EA combines 3 strategies in trading. However, they do not provide us with helpful information about them. It is sad. Anyway, later we discovered that grid is one of the trading logics incorporated into the system. The risky nature of this strategy cannot be downplayed. As we will see below, it threatens to blow up the account.
The vendor just narrates to us how they tested the system but does not give us a reliable backtesting report. As such, there is no tangible evidence that proves the three strategies produced desirable trading outcomes in the past.
Live account trading results
This is a real USDCent account that has accumulated a gain of 11141.09% since its deployment 8 years ago. The profit made all this while is $59,156.68. The low monthly profits—4.79%, and the very high drawdown which is 65.84% spell doom for the account. It may not survive for long.
The robot has conducted 2944 trades with 1793.25 lots. The EA is more likely to make losses than wins. The average loss of -50.91 pips and the average win of 41.87 pips provide enough evidence of that. The performance of long trades (57%) and short trades (54%) are also very poor. The profit factor is 1.15.
The profits made by the robot began decreasing from June to date. This trend is likely to continue in the coming months.
The grid strategy is evident. It is disturbing that the EA makes large losses which can negatively affect the trades won.
The win-rates and loss-rates of trades carried out on an hourly basis differ considerably.
From the table above, we can see that the account is hanging by a thread. Soon, the losses made by the EA will be enough to blow up the account.
Pricing
FXSecret Immortal is very expensive as it is being sold at $549. At this cost, the trader gets 1 license for any account, versions for MT4 & MT5, settings for easy set up and a lifetime support. Unfortunately, the robot does not come with a money-back guarantee. Since the robot trades in risky ways and struggles to attain good winnings, it is not worth this money.
Customer reviews
It is baffling that there are no customer reviews for this EA on popular Forex review sites given the period it has been around. However, one customer has commented about this vendor’s products on FPA. He has given it a 2 star rating and does not recommend their systems.
Traders should not purchase this system. For one, its performance isn’t desirable at all. Secondly, the grid approach present threatens to obliterate the account. Thirdly, the developers do not supply their credentials. It is likely that they do not possess the necessary qualifications to develop effective tools.
