US national home prices covering its nine census regions rose by an annual rate of 18.8% in November, lower than 19.0% posted the previous month. SPY is down -2.23%, DXY is up +0.36%.

- The 10-City Composite posted a 16.8% annual gain in house prices, below the 17.2% increase in October.
- The 20-City Composite house price gains cooled to an annual 18.3% rate, from the 18.5% increase the previous month.
- The highest increases in house prices were posted in Phoenix, Tampa, and Miami, with annual gains of 32.2%, 29.0%, and 26.6%, respectively. Eleven of the 20 cities had higher price gains in the year ending November 2021, compared to the year to the end of October 2021.
