Mixed Performance in the Crypto Market

Large cryptocurrencies experienced a mixed performance during morning trading on Monday. Among the major moves, Uniswap (UNIUSD) saw the biggest decline, falling by 1.93% to $6.60. On the other hand, Polygon (MATICUSD) led the increases with a climb of 1.50% to 85 cents.

Decreases in Dogecoin and Solana

Three other currencies posted decreases on Monday. Dogecoin (DOGEUSD) inched down by 0.70% to 8 cents, while Solana (SOLUSD) experienced a slight decline of 0.60% to $106.71. Ripple (XRPUSD), which rounded out the decreases, slid by 0.39% to 52 cents.

Increases in Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum, and Polkadot

In addition to Polygon, four other cryptocurrencies saw increases. Bitcoin (BTCUSD) increased by 1.41% to $48,791.90, and Cardano (ADAUSD) rose by 1.29% to 54 cents. Ethereum (ETHUSD) and Polkadot (DOTUSD) also experienced slight gains, inching up by 0.93% to $2,527.66 and 0.73% to $7.15 respectively.

Crypto-Related Company Performance

In the realm of crypto-related companies, shares of Coinbase Global Inc. (COIN) increased by 2.27% to $145.22, while MicroStrategy Inc. (MSTR) saw a significant increase of 5.41% to $681.27. Riot Platforms Inc. (RIOT) also experienced a notable surge of 8.76% to $15.83, and shares of Marathon Digital Holdings Inc. (MARA) climbed by 7.85% to $25.77.

Other Notable Gains in the Market

Various other companies in the crypto space also saw gains. Block Inc. (SQ) climbed by 3.47% to $69.20, and Tesla Inc. (TSLA) increased by 0.45% to $194.44. PayPal Holdings Inc. (PYPL) rose by 0.81% to $59.39, and Ebang International Holdings Inc. (EBON) shares climbed by 2.69% to $10.58. NVIDIA Corp. (NVDA) also experienced a slight increase of 0.58% to $725.53, and Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) climbed by 0.74% to $173.75.

Performance in the Fund Space

In the fund space, the Bitwise Crypto Industry Innovators ETF (BITQ), which focuses on pure-play crypto companies, increased by 5.99% to $10.97. Additionally, the Blockchain-focused Amplify Transformational Data Sharing ETF (BLOK) rose by 3.38% to $30.92.
