The dealCancellation tool is a game changer. It is a powerful feature which can really help to mitigate risk. With this feature I am able to recover all of my trading losses. All I have to do is make sure I turn out the dealCancellation option before I execute a trade.
I only trade one specific asset so I really need easy access to this particular chart to pop up when I login. But, there doesn’t seem to be anyway to make this happen no matter what I try to change on the settings! It’s impossible just to login and make a quick trade which is what I need to be able to do. One time it took more than half an hour to just get my chart to load and get my order executed.
Well, easyMarkets is far from easy, let me tell you. For some unexplained reason they changed my refund method which ended up costing a ton of money. Today I closed my trading account and I gave detailed instructions regarding where my refund should be sent. I asked if they were not going to be able to follow my instructions to contact me right away. Of course, they totally blew me off and ignored my requests, costing me a grip money. Don’t even bother registering for an account with them!
I decided to close my account because the spreads are too wide. I switched to another broker and realized that easyMarkets has a spread that is four points wider than my new broker. Terrible.
